Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas USA. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products or services to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
Willingness to travel as needed
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission as well as visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
