Lindsay Windows is actively looking for a quality minded individual to work in our production area as a Production Technician.
Responsibilities Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measuring, etc.
Lifting/moving/placing window components that weigh 35-55 lbs.
Meet production goals by posted line standards.
Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
Requirements Stand for the entire shift.
Lift and transfer 35 lbs frequently throughout the course of the day.
Lift and transfer 50 lbs occasionally throughout the course of the day.
Reach overhead occasionally.
Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.
Compensation Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).
Opportunity for a $2/hour attendance bonus.
Compensation range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
