Position Responsibilities
An Area Sales Director will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributor (ID) efforts. Key duties include managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, pursuing new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data. The role builds and maintains solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market, utilizing digital tools to showcase execution wins and growth opportunities. Collaboration with the Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team is essential for analyzing market and territory opportunities, maximizing sales, and adjusting strategies based on consumer insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in general management or sales, including experience as a sales representative, distributor, or other sales position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or an equivalent field of study.
Essential Job Requirements
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000. Additional competitive salary and total rewards package are offered.
