Handsome Homebuyer is a Melville, NY–based real estate investment and brokerage company focused on buying, selling, and transforming homes across Long Island. We combine data-driven real estate strategies with modern marketing to help homeowners sell quickly and to position our agents as trusted local experts. As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in high-quality, high-volume video content to elevate our brand and listings.

The Videographer role will go beyond simply filming properties. You will work closely with our team and Social Media Manager to create engaging, high-performing video content that showcases listings, builds personal brands, and drives audience growth. You’ll be responsible for bringing both our homes and our team to life on camera—delivering content that is fast, creative, and consistent across platforms.

What You’ll Do

Film real estate listings and engaging content featuring our team

Capture short‑form, high‑performing content for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Collaborate with editors and the Social Media Manager to execute a clear creative vision focused on engagement and storytelling

Partner directly with agents to plan, shoot, and produce content ideas

Take full ownership of shoots, including lighting, framing, audio, and pacing

Ensure fast turnaround times (often same-day or next-day delivery)

Organize and transfer raw footage efficiently to maintain speed and alignment in post‑production

Adapt quickly to different properties, personalities, and filming environments

Continuously refine content based on performance metrics and feedback

Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

Ability to shoot effectively in real‑world, fast‑paced settings

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines

Clear communication skills to collaborate with editors and ensure alignment on creative vision
