Position

Director of Sales Execution for C4 Energy & Bloom Sparkling Energy Drink. You will directly manage a team of Sales Execution Managers (SEMs) and lead sales calls. You and your team will create programming, gain customer alignment, and ensure proper execution of National Account programs. The team will drive upleveled execution of retailer programs designed to advance shared business objectives at regional banners of National Chains as well as at retailer market and district manager call points.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Execution Managers (SEMs) to elevate program execution.
  • Provide coaching and feedback on pre-call, in-call, and post-call activities with the SEM team.
  • Lead and own sales calls with top business unit customers.
  • Communicate program expectations to DSD field teams.
  • Formulate compelling, customer-focused presentations with shared growth objectives to accelerate development of the DSD beverage portfolio via mandated off-shelf displays and incremental cold availability.
  • Coordinate with customers, internal personnel, and distributor partners on setup paperwork and portal documents as needed.
  • Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly promotions with key contacts for assigned accounts and report findings to Customer Ops and Regional Sales for cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Finance/RGM on promotional analysis and sell-in ROI.
  • Work with the DSD team to ensure monthly promotional activity is leveraged and executed (target 90%+).

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in DSD beverage.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel – expected travel 30%+.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry.
  • Key Account Management experience.
  • Valid driver\'s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
