Job Location: Dallas Metropolitan Area - Dallas, TX 75001
Position Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision and mentoring of Regional Managers and Area Managers
- Ensure property/ownership goals are achieved
- Perform property inspections with Regional Managers
- Oversee budgets and owner reports
- Interaction with other departments within the office and external stakeholders
- Other special projects as required
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis ability
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Self-starter with ability to work from home
- Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
- At least an associate degree in a related field (or higher)
- Five or more years of multi-site residential property management experience
- Certified Property Manager, candidate, or other industry-specific designation preferred
- Excellent management, leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with staff and upper management via e‑mail, phone/video calls, and texts
