You are responsible for the visual identity, creative output, and storytelling of Fort Lauderdale United FC across all properties. You will manage the in‑house design and video team, enforce brand standards, and ensure every touchpoint, from match day signage to social graphics to sponsor activation materials, reflects a consistent, compelling, and culturally resonant identity.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the FTL UTD brand guidelines across platform properties
- Oversee production of all creative assets: digital graphics, video content, match day materials, sponsor deliverables, merchandise concepts
- Manage creative timelines and ensure on‑time delivery for campaigns, events, and sponsorship activation
- Collaborate with Digital, Sponsorship, and Fan Engagement teams to produce integrated campaign creative
- Brief and manage external vendors and freelancers as needed
- Ensure bilingual (English/Spanish) creative execution as standard practice
Qualifications
- 6+ years of creative leadership experience in sports, agency, or entertainment environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand system design, motion graphics, and multi‑channel campaign creative
- Experience managing designers, video producers, and web creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc)
Preferred
- Prior experience at a professional sports club or league
- Experience creating bilingual brand systems for multicultural audiences
This is a hands‑on, in‑person role in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 60 hours per week across six days and thrive in a culture built on hard work, accountability, and opportunity.
Compensation
Salary range: $52,500 - $66,500, depending on experience. Eligible for performance bonus tied to brand growth, engagement, and strategic marketing KPIs.
