Mutual Respect: We treat others the way we want to be treated.Qualifications, Duties, PerksOn an average day (includes and not limited to):Support initial business development for new startups and acquisitionsConduct market research and outreach for new marketsConduct negotiations with health plans and other large referral sourcesAssist in directing and coordinating company access and development functionsProvide coaching and support to Executive Directors regarding the HTS and CL positions in all locations, monitor performance through utilization of CRM, Admission and UTAR reporting tools and make recommendations for success to Executive DirectorDirect and oversee the company outreach efforts to identify and develop new referral sources for Hospice servicesResearch and develop strategies and plan which identify opportunities for growth of Bristol hospice and homecare servicesAnalyze and evaluate the effectiveness of development methods, costs, and results, report outcomes to the Division PresidentAssist locations in coordinating public events as well as communication effortsAssist in development of new projects and proposalsAssist in the planning and development of company sales and communication materialsRepresent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the companyAssist locations in preparation, issuance, and delivery of development materials, exhibits and promotion programsPromote positive relations with partners, vendors, hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and all other hospice referral sourcesRecommend updates to access and outreach policies and procedures to enhance operationsWork with Executive Team to develop strategic marketing and business plans for Bristol Hospice programsProvide feedback in recruiting, training, and evaluating Hospice Liaisons and Hospice Transition SpecialistsResponsible for developing and increasing the access to Bristol Hospice services in all areas being served and those yet to be served.Responsible for on site development of new service areas and locations.Other duties as assignedYour Skills and Experience:Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in strategic planning and executionMust possess knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and managementMust have experience in planning sales strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations effortsMust possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsMust possess the ability to motivate teams to work synergistically and increase access to the hospice benefitMust possess the ability to participate in and facilitate group meetingsMust possess strong abilities in Excel utilized in generating reports, tables, graphs and spreadsheetsMust possess the knowledge and skills of Website and Social media messagingMust be flexible in work schedule with the ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the timeWhat You'll Get in Return (Full-time Perks & Benefits):Tuition Reimbursement
