Multimedia Graphic Designer – Marketing Team We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Multimedia Graphic Designer to design and produce engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines aesthetics with strategic purpose to support the Farm Bureau Brand.
Responsibilities Design & brand visual assets for digital platforms (website graphics, email campaigns, social media, display ads).
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, banners, and direct mail pieces.
Uphold and evolve Farm Bureau Bank’s visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
Design branded templates for internal teams (PowerPoint, Word, email signatures, etc.).
Create short‑form videos and motion graphics for social media, internal communications, and customer education.
Assist with video editing, voice‑over coordination, basic animation, and storyboarding.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate project goals into compelling visuals.
Support marketing campaigns and product launches with cohesive multimedia assets.
Assist with presentation design for executive and sales teams.
Organize and manage design files and creative assets using the DAM system.
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and version control of all creative materials.
Education, Experience & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices.
Strong conceptual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of design and multimedia work is required; please include a link to your portfolio in your application and/or resume.
Ability to travel locally and nationally.
Knowledge or familiarity of the Agricultural Community and the Banking Industry is preferred.
