The Growth Team serves as the central interface to our global partners and system integrators, driving the expansion of our technologies into new markets and applications. The Head of Business Development will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, focusing on AI‑enhanced solutions, single‑arm cobots, and humanoid platforms. Reporting directly to the Managing Director or equivalent, this executive role involves identifying market opportunities, forging key partnerships, and expanding our global footprint. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in high‑tech sales and business expansion, passionate about transforming industries through robotics and AI. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of human‑robot collaboration in a fast‑evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities

You implement our sales strategy innovatively and successfully together with your team

Optimize all sales‑relevant processes and further expand your team

Take responsibility for sales with strategic key accounts yourself

Support our sales employees, partners and end customers with your technical teams

Build up the Inside Sales team

Ensure that our NEURAVERSE continues to grow by developing new partnerships with system integrators, distributors, OEMs, key accounts, influencers and supporters in and outside the automation industry

Responsible for ambitious sales planning and development in your area

Work closely and successfully with your interfaces to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience as a manager in technical sales – you understand our strategy and motivate your team

Experience in start‑ups and scale‑ups with a strong hands‑on mentality – “can't do” doesn't exist for you

Technical affinity, enthusiasm for technology and ideally market knowledge in robotics, AI and automation – you are not a follower, but a first mover

Motivation to break innovative ground – “We've always done it this way” is an incentive for you to do it better.
