Leading technical hiring in a globally distributed Web3 environment, the full-time Lead Talent Partner will manage a team of Talent Partners, shape hiring strategies, and oversee full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to enhance their performance and delivery
Partner with senior stakeholders to define and execute hiring strategies across multiple teams
Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies

Required qualifications

Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive environments
Experience leading and mentoring recruiters to build high-performing recruiting teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
Data-driven mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains
