Compounding & Mixing Operator - 2nd Shift

Shift: 5:00 PM-5:15 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.37 an hour

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will combine raw ingredients and oversee the mixing process. You will join a team of over 150 associates and support safe, reliable, and high‑quality production while collaborating across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence.

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities

You will combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment.

You will oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.

You will use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.

You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies.

You will identify food safety risks and escalated issues.

Ingredients Required For Your Success

High School diploma or GED

Forklift operator experience

Willingness to work overtime to support production demand

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds

Willing to work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures

Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food‑handling expectations
