SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FP&A
SUMMARY OF PURPOSE :
The Senior Director, FP&A is a highly visible individual contributor responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, analysis, forecasting, business process optimization, and strategic finance initiatives across a complex portfolio of healthcare operations and physician joint ventures. Operating within a private equity-backed environment, this role serves as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team by providing timely, actionable financial insights that support growth, profitability, and value creation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serving as the principal FP&A resource for the Board of Directors, this position is uniquely responsible for responding to, managing, and executing Board-directed financial analyses, strategic evaluations, and special projects. The role requires a hands‑on finance professional who is comfortable building models, analyzing large and imperfect data sets, preparing executive and Board materials, and independently driving critical initiatives from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership. Success in this role requires the ability to work both independently and through cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
