This role is ideal for analytical and detail-oriented individuals eager to launch a career in digital media operations. As an Associate, you will build foundational knowledge of ad tech while taking independent ownership of specific operational assignments and campaign tasks. Under limited supervision, you will utilize independent judgment to manage assigned campaign setups, analyze operational data, and resolve foundational delivery anomalies. This position serves as a stepping-stone to full cross-platform mastery, allowing you to develop specialized subject matter expertise on designated internal tools and drive focused operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage the trafficking and quality assurance of assigned display and video campaigns, exercising independent judgment to ensure setups align with media plans and platform specifications.

Analyze daily operational reports and tracking logs to identify workflow bottlenecks, recommending tactical process improvements to Coordinators and management.

Investigate and resolve initial campaign delivery and setup issues, using discretion to determine root causes and implement solutions before escalating complex, cross-platform technical issues.

Actively consult during internal execution meetings by analyzing client requests and providing recommendations on foundational setup feasibility.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and project lead for a specific internal workflow, tracking document, or vendor portal, taking independent responsibility for its maintenance and optimization.

Lead the creation of specific training modules or best-practice guides based on your SME focus area, contributing to the team's overall knowledge base.

Qualifications

0–1 years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, or related fields.

Proficiency in Excel and a demonstrated ability to independently learn and analyze data within technical platforms.

High attention to detail with the ability to exercise discretion, evaluate data sets, and recommend actionable solutions.

Basic understanding of digital ecosystems; eagerness to learn HTML, JavaScript, and browser tools.

Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset, capable of managing assigned projects with limited supervision.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.
