As an Appliance Sales Consultant , you'll help customers find the right appliances for their homes while creating an outstanding buying experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:

Has previous retail sales or customer service experience (appliance sales is a plus, but not required)

Loves helping people and enjoys building relationships

Communicates confidently, professionally, and respectfully

Is self‑motivated and driven to achieve goals

Learns quickly and enjoys expanding product knowledge

Has strong organizational and time management skills

Pays close attention to detail

Maintains a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment

Is dependable, coachable, and accountable

Works well independently while contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience

Learn and confidently explain appliance features, benefits, and warranties

Help customers select products that best fit their needs and budget

Generate sales while maintaining a customer‑first approach

Build lasting customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service

Follow up with customers when appropriate

Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom

Stay informed on current inventory and incoming products

Accurately complete sales paperwork and financing applications

Work alongside warehouse, delivery, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Appliance sales experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to work Saturdays

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to assist customers with moving or demonstrating appliances when needed

Valid driver's license preferred

Ability to commute to or relocate to Jennings , LA

before your start date
