Lead a Premier Art & Specialty Restoration Division
Unified Restorations is seeking an exceptional leader to direct and grow our Art, Heirlooms & Collectibles division. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced art professional, curator, conservator, gallery leader, or entrepreneurial operator to build and lead a high-touch business serving collectors, institutions, insurers, and families during critical moments.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Unified Restorations specializes in the handling, restoration, storage, transportation, and installation of fine art, antiques, heirlooms, collectibles, textiles, specialty furniture, and electronics following fire, water, smoke, and peril‑related losses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Art, Heirlooms & Collectibles division with operational and revenue accountability.

Manage and mentor a team of restoration professionals, handlers, project managers, and support staff.

Develop new service offerings and identify opportunities to expand Unified Restorations’ presence within the art and collectibles market.

Collaborate with executive leadership to improve operational performance and customer experience.

Support sales and business development initiatives by providing expertise on art‑related projects and collection services.

Client & Art Management

Provide high‑touch communication throughout projects to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Build trusted relationships with collectors, insurance professionals, galleries, museums, institutions, contractors, and high‑net‑worth clients.

Coordinate restoration strategies for fine art, antiques, heirlooms, and collectibles affected by fire, water, smoke, or handling‑related damage.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is both an art professional and a business leader with the following background:

Experience leading a business, department, gallery, restoration studio, art management company, or related organization with financial responsibility.

Familiarity with restoration and conservation techniques, materials, and evaluation methods.

Experience preparing condition reports and collection assessments.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities and manage client relationships.

Experience with buying, selling, evaluating, or managing collections is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation

$60,000–$80,000+ annually, depending on experience and revenue growth

Eligible for year‑end performance bonus
