RiVidium is seeking a Multimedia Producer (Video/Photo) to support the MODES III team focused on Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). The role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission‑focused outcomes for service members, families and related stakeholders. Duties include performing media intelligence as outlined in PWS C.5.2.3.5, analyzing sentiment, tracking trends, and generating executive‑level engagement reports. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and produce multimedia products, including video and photography content, to support outreach objectives.
Coordinate concept development, production schedules, editing, and final delivery.
Ensure multimedia content aligns with approved messaging, audience needs, and quality standards.
Work closely with creative, content, and stakeholder teams to support campaign execution.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 years).
Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission‑focused delivery environment.
Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality digital, visual, written, or user‑experience deliverables relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission‑focused digital communications programs.
Familiarity with audience analytics, user‑centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.
Work Setting
This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on‑site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer‑approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on‑site support as required by the customer.
