Core Responsibilities

Participation in creating concepts for advertising campaigns and producing advertising material.

Assistance in graphic design of media advertising and marketing collateral.

Copywriting of collateral material, revising existing publications and supervising new material.

Participation in the creation of Mobile Banking and ATM campaigns.

Conducting research on available data to assess media campaign effectiveness.

Supporting and following up with internal customers (branches) and vendors to check the status of jobs in progress.

Involved in the production of newsletters, direct mail, and database maintenance.

Participating in community organizations and events.

Copying, typing, and filing support.

Promoting the credit union at special events by designing ads, supplying premiums and collateral, solving logistical issues, and assisting in follow‑up.

Conducting community outreach by coordinating contests, health fairs, surveys, etc., and solving logistical issues.

Coordinating member events and meetings, including facilitation of functions.

Collaborating on projects involving the entire Marketing team.

Proofreading marketing texts in Polish and English.

Performing administrative functions such as bill processing and writing correspondence in English and Polish.

Performing other duties or responsibilities as required or assigned.

Requirements

2 years of marketing/graphics design experience.

Native or near‑native knowledge of English preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or better in Marketing or a related field.

Compensation
Pay: $44,000 - $79,000 per year
