2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lean & Safety Leader

Morales Professional, a morales group company, is seeking two (2) Production Supervisors for the 2nd shift operations in Elkhart. This role provides leadership and coordination of manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and cost targets while promoting continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of supervision experience in manufacturing, strong Lean material flow knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coaching employees, managing production flow, and upholding safety standards.
