Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced

Presentation Designer

who excels at turning concepts into impactful visual narratives. This position blends presentation creation, video production, and multimedia storytelling to develop engaging content for both internal teams and external audiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with technical capability—equally skilled at building polished slide decks and producing visually rich, video-driven presentations. A forward-thinking mindset and familiarity with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, are key to success in this role.

Core Responsibilities

Design high-quality presentations that simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories

Produce video-driven presentations incorporating animation, motion graphics, and voiceover elements

Work closely with stakeholders to shape messaging, define audience needs, and align on goals

Enhance presentations through multimedia elements such as video, audio, and interactive features

Edit video assets to improve clarity, pacing, and overall effectiveness

Apply storytelling principles and data visualization techniques to strengthen communication

Keep up with design trends, emerging tools, and new presentation formats

Required Experience & Skills

5–10 years of experience in presentation design, multimedia production, or a related discipline

Advanced proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Gamma

Strong understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Experience with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)

Demonstrated ability to transform complex information into engaging visual content

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Experience working across multiple teams or departments

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, or Adobe Firefly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing presentations for executive or client-facing audiences

Ability to develop interactive or immersive presentation experiences

Basic skills in audio editing and voiceover integration

Experience working within or developing brand identity systems
