Description Central Willamette Credit Union is3 hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our digital strategy and day-to-day campaign performance across paid media, email marketing, website/landing pages, and social media. Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Central Willamette Credit Union’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, member growth, loan growth, and non-interest income . This role partners across the organization to ensure strong brand standards, consistent execution, and an effective, member-focused digital experience aligned with CWCU’s values.
Schedule / Work Location (Hybrid)

Work from home:

Monday and Friday , unless needed in the office for community events, meetings, or trainings.
In office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
What You’ll Do

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, social media, landing pages, and other channels .
Use performance data to provide insights and recommendations on campaign strategy, creative direction, budgets, and timelines.
Manage and maintain the marketing database/CRM , including segmentation, list hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns , including testing, automation, and ongoing optimization.
Execute and manage paid digital advertising (including Google Ads and Facebook/Meta) and coordinate with external agency partners as applicable.
Support the website and landing pages by updating content and improving the digital member experience and brand consistency.
Collaborate with internal partners to develop campaigns that meet organizational goals and deadlines.
Monitor analytics, SEO/SEM insights, and market/member trends; report results and recommend improvements.
Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in marketing campaigns , including planning, execution, and performance measurement (digital preferred).
Experience with digital marketing practices including website content/copy, mobile marketing, SEM/SEO , and outbound email.
Knowledge of email best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance considerations.
Experience with CPC/CPA models and performance optimization.
Experience with web analytics and campaign tools such as Google Analytics .
Working knowledge of major social platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, CMS/blog platforms).
This role offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
Vacation: 2 weeks in the first year, 3 weeks in the second year, and 4 weeks starting the third year

Incentive: eligible for a semi-annual incentive of 2.5% (5% yearly) of your annual salary based on achievement of strategic organizational goals
401(k): after completion of your 6th month of employment, eligible to enroll in CWCU’s 401(k) program with employer match: dollar-for-dollar up to the first 3% of gross salary, and 50% of the next 2%
Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Full-time hours required, with additional hours as needed to meet goals and deadlines.
Ability to sit or stand near a computer terminal for extended periods.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
