leading global provider of engineering-led industrial and energy services

in the search for a

Proposal Coordinator

based in Houston, TX.

This is a

high-impact role

supporting a large and growing U.S. proposal pipeline, working closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to develop competitive bids across complex, technical projects.

What you’ll be doing

Prepare and deliver

10+ proposals per month

across multiple project types

Develop

accurate, competitive, and high-quality bids

aligned with client requirements

Coordinate with

engineering, commercial teams, and vendors

to gather technical and pricing inputs

Consolidate information into

clear, professional, and compelling proposal documents

Manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Support improvements to

proposal processes, templates, and tools

Track proposal progress, timelines, and risks, ensuring alignment across stakeholders

What we’re looking for

Experience in

proposal, bid, or tender coordination

Strong

written communication and document management skills

Ability to handle

high volumes of work and competing deadlines

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and

self-sufficient

Strong stakeholder coordination skills across technical and commercial teams

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

Background in

engineering or technical environments

Experience in

energy, industrial services, or project-based environments

Exposure to

EPC or complex project delivery models
