What you'll do: As a

Designer / Art Director,

you will help bring seasonal retail campaigns to life through compelling in-store experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with an internal creative team to develop campaign concepts and execute engaging visual experiences that connect with customers across retail environments and supporting brand channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who thrives on storytelling, conceptual thinking, and translating big ideas into beautifully executed design.

Develop creative concepts and seasonal campaign themes for in-store marketing experiences.

Translate campaign ideas into customer-facing creative assets across retail and supporting brand channels.

Create presentations, mood boards, style frames, and pre-production decks to communicate creative vision.

Lead design and art direction from concept through final production.

Partner with designers, writers, producers, creative directors, marketing teams, and production partners throughout the creative process.

Ensure creative consistency across seasonal campaigns and brand touchpoints.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining a strong creative vision.

Manage multiple projects and seasonal timelines simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

5–7+ years of professional experience in Design and Art Direction.

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, retail campaigns, typography, brand design, and photo art direction.

Experience developing and executing integrated seasonal marketing campaigns.

Ability to take projects from initial concept through production and final execution.

Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.

Experience creating mood boards, creative presentations, and production-ready assets.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative, marketing, and production teams.

Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac; experience with 3D design software is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for retail trends, consumer behavior, and creating engaging customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with retail or consumer brands.

Background in print design, experiential design, or 3D/environmental design.

Experience supporting seasonal campaigns such as Back-to-School, Holiday, or other major retail initiatives.

Experience developing creative for in-store environments and digital marketing channels.

Experience working within large enterprise brand organizations.

Location
Seeking candidates to be

local and available to work onsite 2–3 days per week . Regular onsite collaboration is essential for store walkthroughs, prototyping, creative reviews, and partnership with internal stakeholders.
