Creative Specialist / Traffic Manager (Part‑time)
New Radio, Inc. seeks a creative specialist/traffic manager to work with our broadcasters and manage a high volume of commercials. The role involves creating and playlists for our stations, handling radio production tools, editing graphics and videos, managing social media, and answering phone calls.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and a team player

Follow company guidelines and maintain traffic integrity with the Sales & Management Team

Create and reconcile daily commercial and music logs, load commercials, shows, and music

Basic knowledge of radio production tools for commercial/promotional production

Create, edit, and publish graphics and videos (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, iMovie)

Post current, relevant information to social media sites and websites

Produce social media posts for NEW Radio brands and customers

Use digital assets to create promotions and website features, and live stream on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

Assist in the growth of local businesses through digital assets

Answer phones promptly and professionally

Optionally sell social media appearances and earn commission

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑3 pm (may extend into evenings or weekends). Pay negotiated based on experience.

Marketing: Customer Delivery Specialist (Full‑time)
Join Door County Media Group/NEW Radio to help local businesses grow using digital, broadcast, and social media products. Focus on building client relationships, creating marketing proposals, and achieving sales goals.

Build and maintain client relationships

Create custom marketing proposals combining traditional broadcast assets with digital elements

Be self‑motivated and manage workload independently

Meet monthly sales goals

Stay highly organized with strong communication skills

Use digital assets to grow local businesses

Ensure accounts remain in good standing

Provide commercial copywriting and mild production skills (training available)

Possibility for sales management position

Compensation: base salary plus bonuses/commission, potential earnings between $50,000 and $65,000 in the first year.

PART‑TIME Sports Broadcaster
Seek a part‑time on‑air sports announcer for baseball, football, and basketball. Must be available on weekends and evenings during sports seasons.

Set up and strike broadcast equipment

Professionally broadcast football, baseball, and basketball games

Provide reliable transportation to games

Be available on weeknights and weekends during seasons

Have basic social media knowledge

Write general recaps of broadcasts attended
