Senior Associate Brand Manager

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

In line with brand strategy, establish objectives for marketing activity/consumer promotions (FSIs, IRCs, Shopper Marketing…) and lead execution, achieving on‑time implementation of key tactics.

Work with internal partners and third‑party agencies on creative development and post‑analysis to identify best practices.

Analyze the business and competitive environment, using data and sound judgment to make recommendations for ways to better meet short and long‑term business goals and identify insights that can lead to new business building ideas.

Lead weekly/monthly state‑of‑business tracking and reporting and manage communication to management and cross‑functional teams.

Partner with Finance and Product Supply to assist in the monthly management of brand P&Ls and production forecasts to support base business and new product initiatives, and manage the marketing budget.

Support the team in developing annual marketing plans that enable the brands to meet volume targets, share targets and overall business objectives.

Act as brand lead for packaging/labeling and website maintenance and support e‑commerce activities in line with brand objectives and marketing plans.

Assist in developing market research projects by identifying information gaps and working with the Marketing Team and MRD manager to recommend and execute plans to fill the information voids.

Serve as marketing project lead for product renovations including channel‑specific products, labeling changes, graphics updates, cost‑savings projects and the execution of updated package graphics.

Gain a strong understanding of the medical, regulatory, legal, manufacturing and retail environments for the brands as they relate to key brand initiatives, and build relationships with key contacts in each area.

Who You Are
Required:

BS/BA degree.

Financial and operational acumen: financial management skills to critically and objectively assess programs/investments versus results; ability to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency through technology; excellent problem‑solving skills.

Analytical acumen: superior analytical ability, assessing different models and related outputs; experience with business forecasting; proven ability to assess and react to complex data points, distilling information into actionable insights.

Marketing brand‑building: excellent communication skills; ability to engage in positive/productive debate with the leaders of key internal constituent groups; ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders; strong project‑management skills, including identifying key milestones and delivering against deadlines.

Preferred:

MBA with 2 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment, or BS/BA with 4 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $118k-158k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary (or salary range) is an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, skills, prior relevant experience, degrees, certifications and other factors.
