Acting / Modeling Coach
Location: Chicago, IL

Teach acting principles and techniques to individuals or groups.

Conduct readings to evaluate students’ talent.

Adapt course of study and training methods to meet student needs and abilities.

Teach enunciation, diction, voice development, and dialects using exercises, drills, lectures, and improvisation.

Demonstrate vocal and body expression to teach acting styles, character development, and personality projection.

Prepare students for auditions.

Teach elements of stagecraft, backstage production tasks, and costume craft.

Maintain accurate student progress reports.

Talent Scout
Location: All Locations

Identify and acquire talent for the pipeline through recruitment efforts.

Proactively seek the best channels to source potential clients across all channels.

Be resourceful and open‑minded to find optimal outreach and recruitment methods.

Generate interest among passive candidates through creativity and strategic thinking.

Network to identify potential candidates and assess their qualifications.

Appointment Setter
Job type: Part‑time or Full‑time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends.

Must have outbound calling experience.

Self‑motivated and with an entrepreneurial background.

Comfortable with goal measurement and accountability.

Consultative and solution‑oriented sales approach.

Positive, professional, and clear communication skills.
