Mechanical Designer 2: 3D Modeling & P&ID Specialist

ZAP Engineering in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a Mechanical Designer 2 to support the mechanical design team. This role will handle day-to-day duties of creating 3D models and preparing construction drawings based on vendor inputs and P&ID drawings.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience with AutoDesk products, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on teamwork and problem-solving. This is a full-time, hands-on position in a fast-paced engineering environment, with work hours typically from 8 AM to 5 PM.
