Executive Search Analyst

The Role
Are you ready to be the ultimate talent detective? Every successful search starts with a capable Analyst. You will drive talent identification by uncovering the absolute best technology executives for our consultants to reach out to. Your day-to-day will involve rapidly reading, interpreting, and rating autobiographical profiles, as well as providing close advice to our consultants and clients. You will gather market intelligence and maintain high velocity on 4 to 7 concurrent assignments—always with a supportive team environment. Since we’re a boutique firm, you’ll also have the opportunity to dive into other important firm matters, whether across operations, tooling, or candidate interviewing and management.

Who We're Looking For

A Qualitative Analysis Rockstar:

You have proven qualitative analysis and discernment skills, and you can methodically apply multi-factor tests to candidate profiles. Experience in journalism, debate, or discussing complex original texts in philosophy, literature, or history is helpful!

Craft Excellence:

You have demonstrated the motivation and resolve to develop expert performance in a/any rigorous group or team activity.

Mature Communicator:

You bring poise, care, and candor to your interactions with others.
