Creative Producer

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial equipment, with a vast portfolio of products serving a range of B2B segments. As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for the development and execution of high-quality video and photographic content that supports marketing, sales enablement, digital platforms, and internal communications. You will collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts and external vendor partners to produce engaging visual assets that elevate brand storytelling and customer engagement.

Primary responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end production (pre-production, shooting, and post-production) of video and photography assets across multiple platforms.

Manage on-camera talent for internal and external shoots and ensure smooth production execution.

Develop and maintain brand content, including product, educational, and marketing videos, plus internal photography assets.

Oversee digital content distribution (e.g., YouTube management) and support webinars, events, and studio operations while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications and Candidate Background
The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, photography, motion graphics, or a related creative field.

3+ years of experience in video production, photography, or multimedia content creation.

Strong shooting and editing skills across photo and video production.

Experience managing studio environments, production workflows, and directing talent on set.

Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Location
This position

is onsite in Missouri

with 10% travel for domestic office visits.
