Job Summary
The mixers are responsible for creating quality product by ensuring that syrups and powders are weighed and mixed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties as assigned)
Transport ingredients from warehouse staging area into the production room
Using the given formula, weigh out dry and liquid ingredients accurately
Stage weighed ingredients ready for mixing
Track all ingredients and lot codes on appropriate paperwork
Heat syrups in kettle (when necessary)
Pay attention to and follow all allergen and food safety procedures
Add liquid and dry ingredients to the mixer
Transport product from mixing to processing
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and turn into the Quality department
Keep mixing area clean and close up all unused and opened ingredients
Help in other areas of production as needed.
Required Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Manufacturing experience (6 months)
Machine operating experience (6 months)
Hours
Monday-Friday: 6am-2:30pm. Hours may vary depending on business needs.
Pay
$15-16/hour (DOE)
