Backed by an international network and established delivery capabilities, we are continuing to expand our US presence and are looking for an experienced business developer to accelerate our growth through new client acquisition and account development.

Your Role
As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving Pixie's growth across the United States by developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and engaging prospective clients through proactive business development activities.

Opening new accounts and creating opportunities for Pixie's consultant network.

Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.

Understanding client needs and positioning Pixie's IT contracting solutions accordingly.

Negotiating commercial agreements and securing new collaborations/placements.

Collaborating closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful placements.

Contributing to the growth and visibility of the Pixie brand within the US market.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in IT staffing, IT consulting, or technology contracting.

Strong track record in new business acquisition and account opening.

Hunter mentality with a genuine passion for sales and relationship building.

Ability to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work closely with delivery and management teams.

Good understanding of the US technology and staffing market.
