Overview
Positions advertised in various organizations at Kennedy Space Center and Johnson Space Center. NASA may fill positions in series GS‑0301, 0343, 346 at grades GS‑09 through GS‑15.
Duties
Lead complex organizational studies and program evaluations.
Direct enterprise‑level programs and operations, establishing objectives and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Coordinate daily onsite ground processing operations, integrating contractors, divisions, and programs.
Develop and execute operational schedules, manage resource coordination, and identify operational concerns.
Communicate complex operational issues and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Advise leadership on programmatic, administrative, and organizational matters to inform decisions and strategic direction.
For supervisory positions, perform full range of supervisory duties, including assigning and evaluating work, recommending personnel actions, taking disciplinary actions, and developing employees.

Qualifications
Specialized experience refers to the particular ability, skill, and knowledge necessary for the duties of this position. The following requirements apply by grade level.
GS‑09: One year of related specialized experience at the GS‑07 level or equivalent graduate education (master’s degree, 2 academic years toward master’s, LL.B or J.D, or an equivalent combination).
GS‑11: One year of related specialized experience at the GS‑09 level or equivalent doctoral education (Ph.D., 3 academic years toward Ph.D., LL.M., or equivalent combination).
GS‑12: One year of related specialized experience at the GS‑11 level, supporting analytical, program, or administrative functions.
GS‑13: One year of related specialized experience at the GS‑12 level, supporting complex facility operations and program objectives.
GS‑14: One year of related specialized experience at the GS‑13 level, managing enterprise‑level programs and exercising oversight responsibility.
GS‑15: One year of related specialized experience at the GS‑14 level, managing major program operations and advising senior leadership.
