Associate Producer

To support a dynamic production team, the full-time Associate Producer will manage schedules and processes for game features, drive project goals, and ensure effective communication across teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Create, iterate, and track schedules and processes for game features and assets
Drive the completion of project goals, objectives, and deliverables for time and quality
Monitor resources and communicate project vision and targets while identifying roadblocks

Required qualifications

Experience in production and project management
Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and tracking/scheduling software
Expertise in JIRA and Confluence
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Interest in developing video games
