The Field Marketing Manager serves as the bridge between Marketing and Operations, bringing the NAYA brand to life in local communities through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing, influencer engagement, and market-specific activation programs. This role will play a critical part in introducing NAYA to new suburban markets across Long Island and Connecticut — building awareness, generating trial, and creating lasting relationships that drive guest loyalty and long-term sales growth.

This marketer is both strategic and hands‑on — someone who can build the local marketing playbook, then get out in the field and execute it flawlessly, from grand openings to community events to neighborhood outreach.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and execute local marketing efforts for all new restaurant openings in partnership with the Marketing team

Execute pre‑opening, opening, and post‑opening marketing plans designed to build awareness, drive trial, and accelerate guest acquisition

Coordinate grand opening events, VIP tastings, influencer previews, community nights, and local activations

Develop market‑specific opening strategies tailored to each community

Partner with Operations to ensure flawless execution during opening periods

Community Marketing & Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with schools, youth sports organizations, first responders, hospitals, local businesses, chambers of commerce, and community groups

Identify opportunities for sponsorships, fundraising programs, and local partnerships that strengthen NAYA’s connection to the community

Represent NAYA at community events, networking opportunities, and local business functions

Develop scalable community engagement programs that can be replicated across markets

Local Store Marketing

Partner with the Director of Marketing to create and execute market‑specific marketing plans that drive traffic, frequency, and sales

Partner with General Managers and Operations leaders to identify local opportunities and business challenges

Support restaurants with grassroots marketing initiatives, local events, and neighborhood outreach

Develop and manage local promotional calendars aligned with business objectives

Catering & Business Development Support

Partner with Catering and Operations teams to drive awareness and lead generation within local business communities

Develop relationships with office parks, schools, healthcare organizations, and community groups

Coordinate local sampling and outreach programs that generate catering and group sales opportunities

What Success Looks Like

Strong new restaurant opening performance and sustained traffic and sales growth

Meaningful community partnerships developed and replicated across markets

Loyalty member acquisition, app downloads, and influencer engagement and reach

Catering lead generation, event participation and ROI, and overall market awareness
