Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Marketing Cloud Engagement Plus Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll own the build, execution, and optimization of our email and cross-channel marketing programs - from complex journey architecture to hands-on automation setup. What You\'ll Do

Design, build, and manage multi-step journeys in Journey Builder, including entry sources, decision splits, and goal tracking

Develop and maintain automation workflows using Automation Studio (SQL, imports, file transfers)

Write and maintain AMPscript and dynamic content rules to deliver personalized messaging at scale

Configure and manage MCE Plus features including advanced sending, IP warm-up strategies, and deliverability monitoring

Handle platform administration tasks - data extensions, user management, sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and account health

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes, and revenue attribution

Conduct A/B tests and translate results into actionable optimizations

Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure clean, reliable subscriber data flows into MCE

What We\'re Looking For

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement+

Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder

Strong AMPscript skills; familiarity with SSJS is a plus

Experience with SQL for data extension queries and audience segmentation

Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices

Comfortable with MCE Plus admin setup - including business unit management, profile/publication lists, and send classifications

Analytical mindset with experience pulling and interpreting campaign performance data

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification is a plus
