Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional projects supporting Player Support initiatives from planning through launch.
Coordinate with product, engineering, UX, operations, and support teams to deliver new features and improvements.
Maintain project roadmaps, track risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate launch planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
Monitor post-launch performance and recommend process and product improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience.
2+ years in product management, project management, or production.
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
Experience supporting software, gaming, or digital product development.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
