Job Summary / Description
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and community‑focused Multimedia Journalist to join our newsroom. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can pitch, shoot, write, edit, and present compelling stories across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms.
Duties / Responsibilities
Pitch, shoot, write, edit, and present news stories for multiple platforms.
Cover breaking news, daily assignments, and special projects as needed.
Write clear, accurate, and engaging scripts and web stories.
Maintain strong ethical standards and ensure all reporting is fair, accurate, and balanced.
Deliver live reports from the field and contribute to newscasts as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong writing, storytelling, shooting, and editing skills.
Excellent news judgment and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work under deadline pressure and adapt to changing news situations.
