Field Account Ops Specialist — Client Care Reconditioning

Cox Automotive Inc. is looking for a dedicated individual to serve as a primary point of contact addressing client inquiries regarding vehicle conditions. You will collaborate with auction teams, coordinate vehicle processing, and build relationships with clients.
Ideal candidates will possess expertise in customer service and auto body knowledge, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You’ll primarily work outdoors while ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
Compensation ranges from $22.07 to $33.13 per hour, with benefits including paid time off.
