Build the Supply-Side Foundation
Manage and optimize supply integrations across Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Amazon TAM, Magnite, Index Exchange, and other programmatic platforms
Develop and execute yield management and floor pricing strategies
Configure and scale header bidding infrastructure across owned and partner inventory
Define the monetization architecture powering the Aeris Media Agent
Commerce Deal & Partnership Development
Build and scale PMP (Private Marketplace) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
Develop curated commerce deal packages powered by proprietary shopping‑intent signals
Drive strategic demand partnerships across leading DSPs, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Criteo, and emerging AI‑native buying platforms
Expand Aeris' position within the evolving commerce media ecosystem
Data & Audience Monetization
Package first‑party shopping intent and commerce intelligence into scalable audience and targeting products
Collaborate with Media Agent, Channel Agent, and AI Visibility teams to transform behavioral signals into monetizable products
Help build next‑generation commerce audience solutions, including clean room and privacy‑safe activation capabilities
Develop premium targeting products that outperform traditional audience segments
Define monetization and bidding strategies for Aeris' AI‑powered media network
Design supply‑side systems that connect owned media, paid channels, and AI discovery
Build experimentation frameworks for pricing discovery, audience valuation, and agent‑driven optimization
Contribute to the long‑term vision of an AI‑native commerce media infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, SSP, retail media, or adtech
Hands‑on experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, and OpenRTB
Proven experience managing yield optimization, PMP deals, and programmatic monetization
Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar tools)
Deep understanding of the modern advertising ecosystem (DSP SSP Publisher Retail Media)
Experience working with first‑party data and audience monetization
Strong Plus
Experience with Criteo, Connexity, Taboola, Microsoft/Xandr, Magnite, or Index Exchange
Background in fashion, e‑commerce, retail media, or commerce advertising
Experience with server‑side header bidding (S2S)
Experience contributing to RTB algorithms, bidding strategies, or auction optimization
Experience with data clean rooms (Google PAIR, LiveRamp, Habu, InfoSum, etc.)
Experience working with AI‑driven marketing or advertising products
Leverages AI aggressively to improve output, decision‑making, and efficiency
Thinks like an engineer and operates like an owner
Comfortable building systems, partnerships, and processes from zero to one
Obsesses over outcomes, not activities
