Theater Technical Director

The Appleton Area School District has a position available for Theater Technical Director at Appleton East High School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. The responsibilities of this position are to lead the student build & stage crews, run shop/build hours for those crew students, supervise and educate the students on safe and effective use of tools, materials and equipment, and collaborate with the rest of the directing staff on designing the set, lighting, and sound for each show. A major component is helping us remain compliant with safety standards from the district, Facilities, and the local fire marshal.
