Interim Director, OR (Days)
Start Date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $170,000 – $175,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership stability and strong clinical oversight for perioperative and cardiovascular procedural services.

Oversee daily operations of the Surgical Services department, including the OR, PACU, and moderate sedation procedures.

Coordinate surgical scheduling, anesthesia coverage, and procedural readiness to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Oversee perioperative nursing operations, maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient outcomes across the surgical continuum.

Ensure surgical suites, PACU, equipment, and supplies are fully prepared while promoting patient safety, quality care, and operational excellence.

Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Active CA RN license.

ACLS and BLS certifications.

Minimum of two years of recent OR RN management experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $170,000 – $175,000 annually, determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
