This position will support our Bay Area portfolio, which requires commuting to various properties throughout the region, including San Francisco, the East and South Bay, and the Tri-Valley.

Prior management, assistant management, and/or budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field

High school diploma or GED

Ability to travel as needed to our properties in the Bay Area

Nice to Have

Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $27 - $37 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
