Graphic Designer

F‑DESIGN is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for our offices in Athens, Rhodes or Santorini!

We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Branding team. Based in Athens, Rhodes or Santorini, you’ll work on high-end branding and visual communication projects across print and digital media for clients in Greece and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visual assets for branding, packaging, advertising, social media, and digital campaigns

Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and developers to deliver integrated creative concepts

Transform creative briefs into thoughtful, polished, and impactful design solutions

Participate in brainstorming and concept development for new and existing projects

Ensure consistency in design, layout, and visual identity across all touchpoints

Prepare production-ready files and liaise with printers or vendors as needed

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging techniques

Key Skills

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong typography, layout, and color skills

A strong portfolio showcasing branding and visual design work

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

AI‑savvy mindset: Familiarity with AI tools and how to incorporate them into the design process is a strong plus
