Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Freelancer role based in

North Jersey .

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in beauty, skincare, retail, or luxury environments, with the ability to deliver confident, informed product recommendations.

Nordstroms and Bluemercury experience is highly recommended with references.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and adapt messaging to different client needs.

Proven sales or clienteling experience, including comfort working toward targets and converting product interest into purchases.

Basic understanding of skincare, ingredients, and skin types, with a willingness to learn and stay informed about 111SKIN products and protocols.

High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to work independently while aligning with brand guidelines.

Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail or event setting and standing for extended periods.

Prior experience with luxury brands or premium skincare is an advantage.

Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
