is a boutique executive search firm working on senior leadership and management mandates across Poland and selected international markets.

As the number of senior-level mandates we support continues to grow, we are looking to further expand our research and candidate engagement capability.

We are looking for an

Executive Search Researcher

to support senior-level and executive search projects from market mapping through to candidate outreach and initial candidate conversations.

You will be involved in confidential local and international leadership assignments, supporting searches for management board members, supervisory board members, CEOs, CFOs, functional leaders and director-level roles across local, regional and global structures.

The role offers exposure to complex executive search projects connected with growth, transformation, succession, market expansion and leadership change across different sectors.

This is a role for someone who combines strong analytical and research skills with well-developed communication skills. You will be identifying relevant candidates, preparing structured market maps and long lists, but also contacting prospective candidates directly, engaging them in conversations and conducting initial telephone discussions.

This is not a purely desk-based research role. It is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can build credibility with senior candidates and is comfortable representing a boutique executive search firm in the market.

The cooperation model may be structured as B2B, employment contract or project-based cooperation, on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on experience level, availability, seniority and mutual fit.

Responsibilities

Conduct market mapping for senior-level and executive search assignments in Poland, CEE and internationally

Identify relevant candidates across target companies, adjacent sectors and international markets

Build structured long lists with clear prioritisation and rationale

Contact prospective candidates directly via LinkedIn, email and telephone

Conduct initial telephone conversations with candidates to understand their background, motivation and potential fit

Prepare candidate notes, profiles and short summaries after conversations

Track candidate status, follow-ups and next steps in a structured way

Support candidate outreach strategy and messaging

Prepare market intelligence summaries and project updates

Work closely with the founder on confidential leadership mandates

Contribute to a high-quality candidate and client experience

What we are looking for

Experience in executive search, recruitment agency, senior-level in-house talent acquisition or research

Exposure to senior managerial or executive recruitment processes

Strong sourcing, LinkedIn and market mapping skills

Confidence in contacting candidates directly and conducting telephone conversations

Ability to communicate professionally with senior candidates

Strong written communication skills in Polish and English

Structured, detail-oriented and proactive working style

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output within agreed timelines

High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information

Interest in boutique executive search and advisory work

Very good English and Polish
