Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum

10+ Years of relevant experience.

We are hiring a Technical API Writer to develop high-quality,

developer-centric documentation for APIs within a banking/treasury platform.

The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to document

API functionality, create onboarding guides, and ensure seamless developer adoption.

You will produce clear, structured content including

API references, tutorials, and integration guides, while maintaining standards using tools like OpenAPI and Postman .

Experience in

financial services and strong technical writing skills are Must .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
