Full‑time Graphic Designer position at FASTSIGNS, responsible for designing, producing, and delivering custom graphics for display signage.

Responsibilities

Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders

Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans

Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in‑person and at their place of business

Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients

Prospect for new business and network for sales opportunities

Sell a unique product line tailored to customer needs

Create computer‑generated full‑color graphics and/or vinyl output for printing and mounting

Modify designs from customer drawings, files or provided design files for output to media

Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements

Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output and ensure correct material and output device settings are used

Maintain customer logo library and convert graphic files

Produce in‑house production files and communicate with production team as needed

Qualifications

1–2 years of graphic design experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships

Ability to prioritize jobs, multi‑task, and work autonomously

Determine best output method based on customer needs

Ability to sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high‑quality work

Compensation
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
