Key responsibilities
Manage overall store performance, including merchandising, navigation, and customer experience on Shopify
Optimize conversion rates through data analysis, testing, and improving the customer journey
Develop and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies using HubSpot to enhance customer retention and drive sales
Required qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience growing revenue on Shopify
Strong understanding of E-Commerce strategy, conversion rate optimization, and customer psychology
Proficiency in HubSpot for lifecycle marketing
Analytical mindset combined with creativity for testing and measuring results
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive outcomes independently
