Owning the end-to-end execution of email and SMS marketing strategies, the full-time Senior B2C Marketing Manager will build and optimize user funnels, drive continuous experimentation, and manage customer journeys to convert free users into paying subscribers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer journeys, campaigns, and lifecycle communications for email and SMS channels
Build and optimize landing pages, signup flows, and checkout experiences to enhance conversion rates
Develop and oversee a testing roadmap to drive experimentation and analyze revenue impacts
Required qualifications
5 to 8 years of experience in B2C email, growth, CRM, or conversion marketing, preferably in subscription or e-commerce
Proven experience building and managing SMS marketing programs, including compliance and deliverability
Strong background in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels with measurable results
Ability to independently drive projects from concept to execution with a focus on revenue goals
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform testing strategies, with proficiency in spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus
