Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Bridging business and technology, the remote Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant (Marketing Cloud) will drive customer understanding, design omnichannel journeys, and implement optimized marketing solutions while leveraging expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key responsibilities

Drive customer understanding and journey optimization strategies by translating business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions
Define and design end-to-end implementation architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives
Analyze customer behavior and causality data to generate actionable insights and improve journey performance

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong exposure to Marketing Cloud
Proven experience in techno-functional roles, handling both business requirements and technical implementations
Hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and omnichannel marketing strategies
Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights, with SQL and data modeling preferred
